    Gain a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Qualification

    We encourage everyone to embark upon the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) development pathway, starting with the Foundation Insurance Test (FIT exam), to help broaden understanding of insurance and enrich the role you carry out. Not only will you receive a professional qualification, you will also be rewarded with a financial reward if you pass first time!

    Professional exams, memberships and funding

    In addition to all of the above great opportunities, once you have successfully completed your probationary period, we will support you to continually improve your professionalism and embark upon exams and training in your own field, developing you in your role and adding great value to the company and your own portfolio. We will also provide funding for professional annual memberships.
